Have we been opted out of IPv6 AAAA resolution?

One of our resolvers can't obtain a AAAA for www.google.com (it's on the
Google blacklist).  That same resolver can't obtain a AAAA for
www.facebook.com.   Our other resolvers can obtain AAAAs for both names.
