Well, it really depends on how many other relays are around, and how
far your advertisements for the 2002::/16 and the IPv4 /24 are propagating.

We run a semi-private relay - it's advertised to our BGP customers, but
not to peers or upstreams.  This helps our customers, and doesn't have
impact on other networks.
