Imho Joe asked for native v6 to dial-in customers, not tunneled.
Earthlink uses ipsec to tunnel the v6 traffic.
But i'll point Sebastian to this thread, he is one of the guys who  
did the roll-out on the rh-tec network, he can write down some  
experiences with it.
