Cogent IPv6

Hi,

just to warm the discussion up again :)

We got the IPv6 details for our Cogent BGP session today, and yes, it's
not a full table yet.

Cogent only has 781 routes, that they advertise to ourselves, so anyone
not in there obviously would have no route to them.

Our looking glass can be found at http://lg.as42227.net/ and the Cogent
BGP session is on the Galway router. We're also on the SixXS GRH.
