One could even opt for the brighter ideas.
As Iljitsch already vaguely indicated:
How about setting up a public 6to4 and a public teredo relay?
That would - from a user perspective to ipv6 - be the best way to
improve ipv6 experience.
Many new home use aimed devices like the apple airport extreme base
station that can also be used as *dsl router come with 6to4 support
out of the box.
That would also possibly stimulate the demand for native connectivity
as it helps users to realize ipv6 as something they can turn on in
their routers config without breaking their connectivity to the internet.
