Hi James,
Thanks very much for troubleshooting this on the OCCAID portion of things.
We've had some path mtu issues with the Sprint circuit before, which 
seemed to point to tunneling somewhere in their network.  We thought we 
had worked around this, but seems to still be giving trouble to some 
folks.  So, I've removed the AAAA for www on the Sprint line for now 
until we can figure out what's wrong.
