Yes, Martin Levy wrote about this on March 13, 2014, in a CloudFlare blog post (also announcing that he was joining CloudFlare):

If you go down a bit in the article, Martin mentions that:

1) IPv6 support will default to ON (instead of the current Off) for all new customers.
2) They will be enabling the IPv6 support for all existing customers in a staggered rollout over the next few weeks.

It's great to see that you are already seeing the results in your stats, Eric!
