It appears that mid-March they have enabled dual-stack on most of their 'small properties', which immediately have increased the number of dual-stack web servers worldwide :-)

Where in the Alexa top-50 per country, the amount of dual-stack web servers increased from 6.5% to 8%

If there is someone from Cloudflare on the list, a return of experience would be superb!
