Microsoft: Give Xbox One users IPv6 connectivity

I just had a look at our TR-069 stats and only 31,7% of our managed CPEs have UPnP enabled.
Hint: We mostly ship CPEs with UPnP disabled by default (due to some security issues we had in the past).
