[as112-ops] v6 connection refused for AS112 webserver

Just to confirm, i'm still seeing connections refused on IPv6 from my
perspective:

reaper at silverstar:~$ date;wget -6 http://public.as112.net
Thu Jan  3 01:03:32 CST 2013

Resolving public.as112.net... 2001:4f8:3:2bc:1::72
