6to4 status (again)

Yep.

So Kevin turns off his relay, and 900Mbps of traffic sloshes over to some
other relays. Those relays see a sudden increase in traffic, and some of
them might get overloaded. The operators of the ones that are overloaded
will ask themselves the same question, and some of them might get the same
answer. If they get the same answer, then repeat. At the end, 6to4
basically doesn't work at all.
