Native would be, but ISP-provided-IPv6, eg 6rd would not be unless they
operate your modem, which is the case in the Swisscom case unless one
puts it into bridge mode.

Opening up IPv6 per default for more advanced users would be seen as a
security risk for most of them though; then again, those should have
configured their firewall properly in that case ;)
