Yes, I am, via third-hand information. I believe Merit is doing a 
telescope experiment where they are announcing all of the /12s now. I 
see that you cc'd Manish and I believe he has all of the details. 
(Manish, you and I should talk offline about switching the RADB entry 
for 2400::/12.)
