The cost of operating a relay is low. Doesn't help, as you still only
have control over one side of the connection, and you do not control
the return relay.
To get operationally reliable anycast 6to4, you'd need a *well maintained
and monitored* relay for each of your communication partners, and that's
just not going to happen.
