ipv6 on both from 2001:638:403:5050::...

v4 is native via X-WIN, v6 is native LAN, tunneled transit to computing
center, tunneled transit to ipv4 next-hop outside of University. 
Strangely, ipv6 rtt is about 150ms, ipv4 rtt is 156 ms.
