a) if the router is not sending RAs, clients will not autoconfigure a
   default route
   -> either have the router send RAs, or configure static default routes 
      on the clients

b) if the router is sending RAs, but the clients ignore them, fix the
   config on the clients
   -Â> either it's the client firewall (permit ICMPv6!), or the client
   is configured to ignore RAs (accept_ra sysctl etc.)
