Low level nagios does handle that (sure it's easy)... but usuable nagios systems like opsview for example doesn't.

(please don't start any troll about nagios or whatever, just "I use this software with ipv6"... purely neutral).

If there is any opensource software that support ipv6 and they can do monitoring I'm glad to hear that btw :)
