Level(3) and IPv6 Day

For what it's worth, they seem to have sorted things out and I'm now reaching them over v6. Sadly, the site isn't truly dual-stacked and on the v6-only workstation it isn't usable, but it uses v6 for at least a chunk of the content, including some of the images.
