Citrix Netscaler Fragmentation Issue

Using SLB-PT on Citrix Netscaler causes the entire unit to blow up when
a client with a small IPv6 MTU connections and packets must be
fragmented.  It doesn't simply break the VIP or that client's session,
it blows up the entire unit and it must be restarted.

There is no released code to fix this issue at this time.  Bottom line
is that if you put an IPv6 VIP on a Citrix Netscaler, you risk taking
your entire load balancer out of service.
