6rd CPE - with the DHCP option?

Newer model AVM FritzBoxes in their recent firmware updates have basic
6RD support (full 32bit IPv4 address mapping only, and /63 minimum
customer prefix size due to them using two /64 for LAN and WiFi in routed
mode).

I've poked them to make IPv4 prefixlen flexible and implement the DHCP
option - they are working on it.
