World IPv6 Day?

I'm somewhat wondering why all those that do *not* do IPv6 yet get the
cheers now, while those that already have IPv6 (heise.de, vg.no, etc.)
can only watch and wonder...

So yes, movement is needed, and urgently so - but this has the feeling of 
"hey, we got another excuse for not doing anything serious for another 
6 months".

mixed feelings...
