After so many years of no commitment, i am VERY happy to see this.  It
is monumental in solving the chicken and egg problem.  A few more
months is needed to make sure "the internet" and all associated
support folks are geared up.

Look to the Norway deployment as a model.

It started with a short trial, but then it went permanent.  If all
goes well, i expect the same from this effort.
