Prefix, gateway, NS goes into the RA.  RA can also contain a pointer to
stacks to do a DHCPv6 query for additional information (NTP, DNS again
for backwards compatibility, etc, but not address).   This is the
"stateless" baseline that any customer should expect to be able to have
IMO. More magic should add to, but not substitute, the above.
