Testing "everything" at the same time might

a) make impact "too" high (users learn: "IPv6 comes, world ends" due to the
experience they had with the "World Break-Everthing-with-IPv6 day")

and

b) make analysis of the results difficult to determine what the
reasons of specific breakage were due to multiple parameters changed at
the same time. Was is creative intentional breakage of some transition
mechanisms, or just problems with the dualstacked content?
