Cisco 6to4 runs in hardware on 6500/7600 boxes.  Dunno about GSR or CRS.

For windows clients, shouldn't the same as for Teredo apply here, though?
That is, native IPv4 being preferred before 6to4 tunneled IPv6, if the 
content is dual-stacked...
