one solution for bind if you can't get whitelisted (like google who want 
to whitelist the whole AS):

zone "facebook.com" in {
         type forward;
         forwarders {
                 // open resolver HE.net
                 2001:470:20::2;
   };
};

You should add additional servers for redundancy ;)
