Yep, very short edition: just install a minimum debian on a box or vm,
install our root ssh key, route a /40 to the IPv6 address of the box,
give it an IPv4 address, define the policy who can use the box etc and
we'll do the rest. Free and for fun(tm).

Of course, the true intention is that those boxes can go away at one
point and it is primarily there to bridge a gap.

That is another option, which is probably better for a closed user group.

Also note that the folks at Hexago/Gogo6/$todaysname will happily sell
you a GogoServer which is their Tunnelbroker in a box setup.
