I'm not 100% sure, but as far as I understood, the SIXXS stuff is available
(and they will even operate the broker if you provide the hardware and
IPv6 space, or something like that).  Jeroen will tell us...

Besides that, the university might provide a VPN solution for their user
base, and might consider adding IPv6 to that (Cisco Anyconnect, OpenVPN
come to mind).
