What you could do is run the interface without a global IPv6 unicast
address.  OSPFv3 will use the link-local address anyway, while ISIS
uses OSI transport - so neither should require a global unicast address
(please correct me if either assumption is wrong).

For the sake of useful traceroute results, you could use dedicated 
loopbacks and make both interfaces "ipv6 unnumbered lo<X>".
