Just to chime in, I have successfully on a 7200 running 12.4(24)T handed
out IPv6 addresses (and DNS server information ) using DHCPv6 (on the
internal IOS DHCPv6 server) to both Windows Vista and Win7 machines, and
when turning on ICS on these machines, they did DHCPv6-PD and got a /56.

Only thing that wasn't perfect was that the MS machines didn't null route
this /56 so tracerouting to anything that wasn't within that /64 it had on
it's LAN interface, would ping-pong between the windows machine and the
7200. This was later reported several ways to MS staff (I don't have an
official way into MS) approx a year ago, I haven't heard anything back if
this is fixed or not now.
