I see your note about no registrars providing IPv6 glue for .ca; for
anyone not dealing with .ca, I'll note that I'm happy with Joker, whose
web interface lets you register IPv6 glue normally, on parity with IPv4.
I have NS records with both IPv4 and IPv6 and another NS record with
only IPv6, it all works.

A couple of years back, this involved emails and special-casing by them,
which they did quickly and effectively; when I've had to do updates more
recently, they've fixed every issue I encountered and, AFAICT, IPv6 is
now on feature parity with IPv4.

Joker are based in Switzerland, can bill in multiple currencies and
their automated emails are PGP-signed (but without decent trust paths to
the signing key).

But .ca is not one of the TLDs which they cover.
