I can agree with that.

It should be (IMHO :) :
  - native unicast IPv6
  - native IPv4
  - VPN's
	- proto-41 static
	- 6to4
	- Teredo
	- AYIYA
	- ...

MTU-based decision could work of course, as the top one has an MTU of 
1500, the rest will sink down to 1280 in most cases.

The above still needs to have a 'site-local' section of course.
