Actually, it is. NANOG is the "can please someone from $XYZ contact
me in private please" phonebook.

Routing problems are definitively on-topic, especially if they hinder
connectivity to some more vital resources.

Having said that, of course the information useful for debugging was
indeed lacking. :-)
