seems we were also hit by this bug. With 12.3(11)T7 we had the effect
that our peering partner saw prefixes that we didn't announce them.
After the session was cleared, the prefixes were gone. I'm not aware
that there was any routing leak occurring before these ghost routes
became visible.

Digging with Cisco now ...
