N reasons for not deploying ipv6

I believe there's some MLD-aware layer2 equipment starting to emerge, 
but a function I don't think is there or even coming yet is v6-aware PIM 
snooping, which is going to be needed to support v6 multicast in even 
more places than MLD, I think.
