New RIPE allocations outside 2001::/16 - filter update time!

Hi,

please be reminded that RIPE recently did allocations outside of the
"classic" 2001::/16:

inet6num:     2003:0000::/19
netname:      DE-TELEKOM-20050113
descr:        Deutsche Telekom AG
country:      DE

inet6num:     2A00:0000::/22
netname:      DE-ARCOR-20050420
descr:        Arcor AG & Co. KG
country:      DE

There are also some new ARIN allocations expected to appear within:

2600:0000::/22        ARIN
2604:0000::/22        ARIN
2608:0000::/22        ARIN
260C:0000::/22        ARIN

While you're updating your filters anyway, please revisit your decisions
and consider using a "relaxed" version. For examples, see:
