            stats, I try to get trends per country and it seems that
            after Romania, it is now the turn or Portugal since
            September, Netherlands since June and Germany since October,
            Ireland since September... Doubling, tripling and more the

    For Luxembourg this is due to FTTH being rolled out dual-stack since
    about a year. FTTH availability should reach 100% by 2015 (planned),
    so this is quite promising for the spread of IPv6 within LU.<br>
