For those not on the arin-announce mailing list, they just notified everyone (notice is copied below) about implimenting a new routing registry server recently. <br><br>In addition, I got followup confirmation from Jon Worley@ARIN

<a href="http://rr-eval.arin.net">rr-eval.arin.net</a> (port 4444) for mirroring the ARIN data. The changes <br>made include:<br> - Filtering out e-mail addresses and regular expressions from whois<br> query replies
<br> - Support for common whois client flags<br> - Separation of mirroring and whois components<br><br>For a list of instructions on querying, use the following command:<br> whois -h <a href="http://rr-eval.arin.net">
rr-eval.arin.net</a> HELP<br><br>These changes are for the server side only. Registering objects in <br>ARIN's Routing Registry will continue to be processed as they are today.<br><br>An evaluation period will be running from today through 31 July
