I think

IPv4-Mapped IPv6 Addresses (defined in
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4291#section-2.5.5.2
)
|                80 bits               | 16 |      32 bits        |
    +--------------------------------------+--------------------------+
    |0000..............................0000|FFFF|    IPv4 address     |
    +--------------------------------------+----+---------------------+



must not be announced via DNS-AAAA-records.

Is there a paper, source, a person with high reputation, who can clearly 
confirm that?


I am despairing in a discussion with a company.
