Why used DHCPv6 when RA has RDNSS and DNSSL?

"control" in the sense of "the management station can see which client
is reachable under which IPv6 address"... and possibly "and put in proper
forward and reverse DNS entries".
So, managed networks tend to like DHCPv6 (DNS!), and wonder how they
should cope with Android.
