MTU handling in 6RD deployments

True, well, in theory anyway.

The reason I didn't include this in my list was that considering the
whole point of 6RD is to be able to bypass limitations of old rusty gear
that don't support fancy features like IPv6...the chances of that old
rusty gear being able to reliably support jumbo frames wasn't very high
either.
