How is CR and PR connected together? If this is a directly connected 
medium then you don't really need to do anything special

How do you want to delegate it? DHCPv6-PD? If you do, then it's just a 
matter of creating a DHCPv6-PD pool and make sure the client router asks 
for DHCpv6-PD prefix.

So please provide some more information, it's hard to help you with the 
information you have given so far.
