Traceroute6 or mtr to/from the LAN addresses to/from Internet gives you 
crucial information as to where routing fails. Tcpdump on the WAN and LAN 
interfaces gives you information regarding what packets are flowing (and 
if you're not seeing them there, that they're not flowing).

Perhaps you've done this, but you didn't mention it so that's where the 
advice will start.
