Unless these reasons come up and are documented, and they can't be solved 
in other manners, things aren't going to change. I have only been active 
in the IETF for a few years, but I have understood enough by now that 
unless you come with good reasons, things are not going to change. Sitting 
there basically screaming "I WANT TO HAVE DEFAULT GATEWAY SUPPORT IN 
DHCPv6, AND IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEN YOU'RE NARROWMINDED AND 
STUPID" isn't going to get you anywhere.

I am not asking these questions to be mean, I'm asking them to bring out 
all the reasons so someone will document them so they can be presented in 
a coherent consise manner (for instance an I-D). I know I have to do this 
when I want things to change. Been there, done that.
