Loads for me (from AS5539).
Most of the content is loaded over IPv4, though, except some bits that
come from l.yimg.com - those are successfully fetched via IPv6.
http://l.yimg.com/ also works ("Your requested URL was not found", but
that is quick and over IPv6).

Basic HE fails on this - it only handles "ensure that the connect succeeds,
without long timeouts if one of the protocols would time out". Dunno about
the specific implementations in browsers.
