It's supported and works at least on 6500, however with Sup720 for almost all
cases only in software (there seem to be some corner cases that are hardware
forwarded, but they most certainly don't apply here) and with Sup2T in
hardware. [1] speaks of the same restrictions like Sup720 with 7600.

It is interesting that the feature navigator lists IPv6 PBR as supported
on 3750X, but the documentation is clear that both 3750 and 3750X don't
support it.[2] The navigator and a first glance at the marketing material
also seem to imply that 3850 does it (IOS XE), but then you look again
at the documentation and it tells you that it doesn't.[3]
