To be clear -- they refused you because you violated their policy:

by signing up three times: MTK6-SIXXS, MTI7-SIXXS and TM6359-RIPE --
possibly more. And it probably didn't help that you dissed them on
various public mailing lists claiming they refused you without any
reason. The way I see it, there was indeed a reason, and a clearly
communicated one, just one that you did not accept :-)
