Verizon LTE and IPv6 under OS X 10.7

Does anyone have 10.7 and Verizon LTE?

VZ connection manager is showing me an IPv6 address  but it configures 
some entirely different address on the en3 interface it creates, and 
manually removing those addresses and statically configuring the address 
in connection manager doesn't work, nor does leaving it alone.

Are they in some predeployment mode where I need to change my APN to an 
IPv4 one or depend on happy eyeballs to work? Or is something screwed up?
