from a machine in AS2118 in St.Petersburg there is a path to
192.88.99.1 (in its incarnation in AS6881). I'll hear later this
weekend whether this path actually works for 6to4.

Now - I can't reach that gateway's next-hop router from here (AS680)
via IPv4.

I don't know whether or not this would contribute to your problem.
