HE.net public 6to4 routing service?

	I wonder if HE.net have discontinued their public 6to4 routing
	service?

	The IPv4 network I'm connected to drops the outgoing packets to
	the 6to4 anycast address (192.88.99.1.)  Therefore, for quite a
	long time, I've used one of the HE.net routers instead.
	Unfortunately, today (or may be yesterday) it have suddenly
	stopped working.  (While 6to4 to 6to4 communication still
	operational, so it doesn't seem like an issue with the proto 41
	packets being filtered.)
